Return & Refund Policy (Bareva)

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Safety seals (if applicable) must be intact
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Due to hygiene and safety standards, personal care products (including serums) cannot be returned once opened or used.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at bareva.support@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Items sent without approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used personal care products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

To protect against fraudulent claims:

  • We document all orders prior to shipment
  • Delivery confirmation and tracking are required for all orders
  • Claims inconsistent with our policy or lacking evidence may be denied

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please place a new order.


EU Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel within 14 days, provided the item remains unopened and unused.
